Thanks for this recipe! I'll print it off and try it soon.

I got a chuckle out of your suggestion to keep nuts in the freezer. I do this for a completely different reason: my teenage son loves nuts and will eat them by the handful till they are all gone if I don't hide them. I keep them in the freezer labelled "bread crumbs." Oops, I hope he doesn't read this...

Your strategy reminds me of a former client I bumped into in a grocery store, he and his wife were pushing two mountainously heaped carts. My eyes popped out, and they said "teenagers."
