When I think of dining on veal
For a most exquisite meal,
Would a humane culinary artisan
Make more delicious veal parmesan?

Hey Bob - love it! But just to clarify - are we talking about making the meal of the artisan, oh, no, I got it...

Did I ask you about the Cajun slang? Did you see the LSA vs AU banter, using "foie gras" to mean underdog. It was a final score that makes me wonder what the slang for 'spanking' is.

No I didn't see the game, although Univ. of La. is my alma mater. I've never heard fof "foie gras" being used as Cajun slang.
They could have been saying "va toi" which means "get outta here." It could also mean giving an obscene single (middle) finger gesture, or, it could also mean "Go ____ yourself." I suspect it was the U of L supporters saying it, not LSU.
