I love gazpacho! In fact, this soup is why I bought my food processor in the first place. It's so easy to dump in a few tomatoes, shaved corn, a little cilantro etc...and 15 seconds later it's in my bowl. Thanks for the article, Jacqueline!

In the dog days of summer, it's one of those cooling, satisfying things that we can eat! Have you tried the white version? My favorite cucumbers are Japanese cucumbers, small, tender and sweet, they make a world of difference, too.

I finally posted a pie photo on my other blog, did you see it? I also mentioned how thrilled I am to hear about your success with my pie recipe.
