I hear some buzz out in the blogosphere about Anthony Bourdain (chef, author, travel show host) and his meeting with acclaimed chef Ferran Adria of El Bulli restaurant in Spain.

I wrote on my other Leather District Gourmet blog on the recent show which has sparked some debate. Epicurious.com's editor commented on my post, too.

Thought I would see if any Suite101 readers/writers wanted to open up a discussion here...any takers?

I think the question he first posed to Anthony (eater or a diner?) is at the heart of what Adria is trying to achieve. I think it's also what people miss...
