I'll have to try this out. I've had gumbo, but I've never made it. Around here, we cook up something called Brunswich Stew. It sounds a bit like gumbo. Nice memories this morning.

Brunswick stew is a chicken stew think? I love it. I make mine with fresh tarragon and deglaze with vermouth. Adds wonderful herb flavors to the sauce. Yum!
