Chocolate Truffle Recipe with Bailey's Irish Cream is a wonderful holiday treat that can be made ahead -- it freezes very well. Try with Bailey's Caramel!

Delicious for the holidays or any occasion that's near to your heart. I can't wait to try these with Bailey's Caramel!

Kate's Chocolate Truffle Recipe

  • 3 C semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C vanilla chips or add'l chocolate
  • 3 C powdered sugar
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 C Bailey's Irish Creme
  • 1/2 C nuts

Melt chocolate with butter til smooth. Do not over heat. Add to powdered sugar & Bailey's, stir til smooth. Add nuts, place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2 chill 1-2 hours till firm. Shape into balls (a melon baller works well) sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar. This recipe freezes well. I can't wait to try this with the new Caramel Bailey's.
